Cottage "Mountain View" is conveniently located in the village of Polyana, 2 km from the center of the village and 250 meters from Sunny Transcarpathia. The entrance is an asphalt road. On the closed territory there is a covered gazebo, a swing. The cottage consists of two floors, for 4 people.
On the first floor, there is a large, spacious kitchen and a dining area, which has everything you need for a comfortable stay (electric stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, electric kettle, dishes, sink, dining table, TV).
On the second floor there are 2 adjacent rooms. Each room has 2 single beds, a chest of drawers, and one room has a balcony. Separate bathroom (shower, toilet, sink). Independent water heating in the cottage, floor heating on the first floor and in the bathroom. Water supply - cold and hot water all the time.

250 meters from the cottage is the "Sonyachne Zakarpattia" sanatorium, where diseases of the stomach, liver, biliary tract, kidneys, and endocrine system are treated. There is also a lake with a park area, shops, cafes, a pharmacy, indoor swimming pools, a large selection of excursion trips (Lake Synevyr, Shipit waterfall, thermal waters of Kosyno and Berehovo, Voivodino trout farm, Šenborn Castle, Mukachevo Castle)

To the southeast of the village is Mount Krekhaya, to the east the village is protected by Mount Kichera, and to the west rises the mountain range Sinyak with the peak of the Danube.
